Terror at Sybirya

I mentioned in my last post the additions to the Verne collection, and builder Clematilde Oyen just sent me some pictures - it's spectacular! Enjoy them and her description in English and Italian... I'm willing to bet that *ArtsParks* is the only blog you'll see this week with the word 'fuseiform' in prominent use, and if you don't rejoice in it, well then, you're not the reader I took you for...
I found The Master of the World a cracking read I'm sure you will too. Don't forget though: a picture paints a thousand words, but a virtual visit puts that figure in the millions, so TP over to Sybirya right now and see for yourself... and hey, how come you haven't voted for Best Spanish Painter yet?

ENGLISH
As promised the Sybirya is adding new things to its collection of wonderful machines and diorama dedicated to the french genius Jules Verne, one of the greatest storytellers of fantasy, capable of anticipating a hundred years years with his inventions. It is 'the turn of a machine from the novel "The master of the world", which is the sequel of the previous "Robur the conqueror". Visiting the Sybirya, on the right side of this huge flying island, you can admire the "Epouvante".
Warning: below is revealed, wholly or in part, the plot of "The master of the world".
The "épouvante" is a fantastic machine generated by the imaginative genius of "Jules Verne" in the story: "The master of the world". This machine is able to make a real metamorphosis from terrestrial locomotion to marine locomotion, ship or submarine, and finally to airplane. It is fuseiforme, it able to gain very high speed (for the time of the story) and is led by a crew of two men and the extravagant "Captain Robur", so proud to self proclaim "master of the world" and to challenge the forces of nature: he will die together with his prodigious invention into the superb attempt to defy a hurricane.
ITALIANO

Thank you Thirza for your visit and for the interest in the Jules Verne's Art Park.I have to specify an important thing I forgot when i sent you the photos: the Epouvante, is the creation of our new friend JIJI Nikolaidis that's helping us to build every amazing machines born from the never ending fantasy of Verne. Her second creation, the spectacular Nautilus from the book 20.000 Legues under the sea, is almost ready and, believe me people, it deserves a visit.
